Final push

Hello readers, I'm back with my last update on the water challenge I decided to take on. So, how did it go? Well, let me tell you, it was not easy. But it was so worth it. Here are some of the things I learned, enjoyed, and struggled with, and what I would change about this experience. I’ve learned a couple of things during the past few weeks, drinking water has so many great benefits for your body. I learned that I had lots more energy throughout the day not as tired and I noticed my skin was not as dry at the end of the day. I found that I was more alert, focused, and happy when I drank enough water. At the end of this challenge, I tried to make drinking water a bit more fun by adding some fruits and substituting water for some herbal teas. These variations made me look forward to drinking more water. Something I enjoyed about this was seeing all the small positive changes to my physical health. Making a habit?

  Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog! It’s been an interesting week, I must admit, week 2 was a bit harder than week 1. There were some days when I felt like I had to force myself to drink more water, especially when I wasn't necessarily thirsty. I also had to pee way more during the day, almost always around the same time. But I never gave up, and I managed to drink almost 12 cups every day for the whole week! One thing that I started doing this week was that I would add some lemon, lime, or cucumber slices to my water. This gave it a nice refreshing taste and made it more enjoyable to drink and less boring, so to speak. I also decided to try to add some herbal teas, like chamomile and mint, which I counted as my water intake. I found that drinking warm tea before bed helped me relax and sleep better which is no surprise to me. Speaking of sleep, that was one of the biggest improvements I noticed in week 2.
